Fan Photo from Sputnik Kamen

Longtime follower and bee keeper, Sputnik Kamen sent us this March 2007 edition of World Literature Today magazine. Boy, were we surprised when we looked the cover over! Thanks for the mag Sputnik. We will be sending you on a non-stop train ride in less than two days. The only way off is to throw yourself off! But the food is worth every bruise and fractured bone.

  5. Corky is certainly a grenade of all trades.

  6. Well, the book title on the lower left has a misspelling: "Undestanding Comics"

And of course Corky is listed as one of the featured authors in this rather dated edition from 2007.

AND SOMEONE DRESSED AS A GRENADE IS STANDING ON THE SIDEWALK ON THE RIGHT SIDE, just under the sign for the tobacco store (a local Reformed hangout, perhaps?)

Based on the architecture and the fan's name, this appears to be somewhere in Russia. Corky is the universal grenade - he's everywhere!

  7. I imagine Corky gave her the book just before she got on the bus.

  8. I saw the book but didn't see Corky. That's neat.
