It’s Willard Scott. He was the original Ronald McDonald. He had another clown gig (don’t remember the name, sorry), and in that guise he was on the elementary school assembly circuit. He told us he was also Ronald McDonald, but we didn’t have a McDonald’s in town for about a decade.
This was in the same time when Mickey D’s was advertising 2 hamburgers, fries, a coke and change back from your dollar (singular).
