Three days after departing the loading dock at the book's publishers, Half Court Press, the load of anti-Calvinist cargo still had not shown up at the distributer's location, five miles away. Foul play was suspected, and accusing fingers were being pointed at Calvinistic Cartoons headquarters.
Later, it was discovered that the driver, Robert "Step-on-it-Bob" Roberts, and his navigator, "Wrong-Way" Wesley, had taken what they thought was a short-cut off the main highway, and the truck with it's contents became hopelessly mired in the Slough of Despond.
The cargo of books was ruined, but the two wet and weary men were uninjured, and are now rethinking their understanding of the doctrine of Providence.
Too bad so many Christians have that mentality!
