Bottom Line...

  1. Today, I was walking along with my wife, and we encountered a trash bag on the ground, blowing in the wind. I told her that trash more often fell out of a bag than into a bag, by chance, but with enough wind there would occasionally be a piece of trash that just happened to blow into that bag on the ground. Once in the bag, the trash would be shielded from the wind and stop moving. Hence, as a result of random wind movements and the natural selection of the bag, itself, the trash bag would eventually fill completely with trash. We must drop empty bags all over the city so that they can fill themselves with the loose trash, thereby cleaning entire neighborhoods!
