Now I'll have to look at an Arminian's commentary on Romans. I once heard a very liberal Presbyterian tell me that no one understood Romans 9-11, that these chapters were just tacked between chapters 8 and 12 and that most theologians considered them to be an interruption.
Had to sit through a Wesleyan sermon on that one a few weeks ago. The dude actually said that Calvinists just ignore that passage. Proof that some people hack worse than an asthmatic cat with hairballs.
