Excerpts from Nigel's New Book #6

An Arminian friend of mine asked me if there will be toys and board games in Heaven. Yep! That's a fact, Jack. Some, but not all. For instance, games like Sorry, Battleship, Risk, Monopoly, Mouse Trap and Operation will never enter the gates of Heaven. On the other hand, Candy Land, Scrabble, Chess, Checkers and Hey! That's My Fish! will be found in 78% of all dwelling places."

Two Old Games and an Ad

This old travel advertisement is not part of the Corky Ad Contest because I found it last night while going through some old boxes. This was a poster that was displayed in many a hotel lobby in the early part of the twentieth century.

Balloon Fill #1

Congratulations Jim Payer
Your entry won by just a "hay-er"
(that's hair with a southern accent)

The rules are simple as Pi. Keep it theological. Don't overfill the balloons. (the Richard Boone looking dude in the yellow shirt will NOT be saying more than the other guy...and he will not be saying more than a one or two sentences.) The winner will be given credit, his dialog will appear in the picture, and he or she will receive the Calvinistic Cartoons Home Edition game on their 90th birthday!

Corky in New Video Game

Corky will be appearing in each level of a new video game, due out before Christmas, called, "City of Arminians". Someone in the gaming industry, who is a Calvinist, stuck this Romans 9 grenade into the game.

Fan Photo from Winslow Schott

enlarge for detail

Thanks to Mr. Winslow Schott who sent us this old toy set. We here at Calvinistic Cartoons were not aware of this product that sold in toy stores in the 1954. Even Mr. Eddings had no idea this had taken place. He told us he would travel back to 1953 and visit the creator of this marvelous work.
We Googled Mr. Schott's name and have decided not to send the usual $7,000 gift. We sent cookies instead.

Fan Photo from Miss Scarlett

Thanks, Miss Scarlett, for the photo of Col. Mustard in the library with the wrench. I didn't think that your photo deserved the $7,000 prize money until I noticed something different on each shelf. Enjoy the cash! Readers will have to click on the picture to be able to find out what I'm referring to.

The Composite Calvinist Challenge

See if you can identify the 5 Calvinists used to make this picture.
(1) right eye (2) left eye (3) nose (4) mouth (5) body
...as the Arminian said to anger the Calvinist..."Good luck, you're going to need it!"

Chris, old friend, it's time you chose an avatar...and I'm not talking about the movie.
Hope your Reformation Day celebration was great!
