Just for Laughs #29

I know it is tough to deal with an out-of-control mime. Believe me, we have all had our faith tested by these silent menaces of mayhem. They are found only in cities (although they may be almost extinct by now) never in the suburbs or country. Here is one captured on camera by a Calvinistic Cartoons follower, Lenny Bronchitis, a few years ago. See if you can make something of this by adding a caption with some Christian punch to it.

  1. Thanks to mimes everywhere who have conditioned people worldwide to ignore their irritating little performances, little Joey Ferguson who happens to be anemic was nearly run over this past Sunday at the 10th Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia when the parking brake on the church bus slowly began to give way.

  2. The discipleship program for the clown-led Eucharist at Trinity Episcopal Church, New York City, takes to the streets as Frederick Jones-Robinson puts to practical use the old adage, "How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice." This budding Episcopalian is striving for the goal of joining his church eldership shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ6KWt49wIA

  3. @ Let Us Repent and Believe

I did a fact check on that story and found out some more information. It seems that the "failed parking brake" angle was not correct. One of the bystanders shouted to the driver, "You are about to run over a mime!!" to which the driver called back, "Yes. I know."

  4. Believing that today's church-goers cannot relate to expository preaching, Pastor Pat is acting out the Gospel of Matthew in mime. One verse at a time. Here, we see Pat's rather free interpretation of the devil's second temptation of Christ (Matt. 4:5-7) based on the pastor's own Dynamic Equivalence translation.

  6. Caption " Hope & Change sounded great as long as I could hope and others had to change but now the Hope & Change bus is about to run over me too! "

  7. Frustrated over trying to control his tongue Bob Bobertson did the only thing he thought was left, and that is to become a mime. Unfortunately he forgot that his thoughts were counted as sin too. He also forgot to consider how his decision led others to sin as they could no longer control their tongue or their anger when confronted by yet an other mime.

  8. The mimes portrayal of laying hands on a dead word/faith ministers mode of transportation was so real you could actually see the bus
