I will have to say Liam Neeson, he's had some awesome roles, but has turned down quite a few choice roles too.
ReplyDeleteYou are correct, sir. It is Liam Neeson.
ReplyDelete...and btw, Liam Neeson, who was attached to play Abraham Lincoln since the project began development, decided to drop out. According to Neeson, he felt he was too old to play the part after waiting so many years for the project to get the go-ahead. Incidentally Daniel Day-Lewis is only five years Neeson's junior, though still closest in age to Lincoln, who was 55 and 56 years of age at the time portrayed in the film.
The movie he was in that was listed (in the top 10) by the American Film Institute as one of the 100 most inspiring movies of all time was "Schindler's List".
ReplyDeleteOne more thing...you can find this film (written and directed by Ken Anderson) on YouTube. Liam plays the role of Evangelist. The best part of this film is the beginning where it explores a little of the life of John Bunyan. The directing and acting is what you might expect from Christian films from 1979. George Beverly Shea narrates part of the story.
