Corky Velveeta: You might want to adjust the wording in your "An Atheist is like a blind man..." quote. As it is it contains a double negative that appears to be contrary to your perceived intent in the first case ("the sun"), and simply negates the second ("colors"). The counter-productive terms are: "...refuses to...nothing but...". Changing "believe" to "believes" will provide the final corrective once the offending words (above) are removed. Try it. I think you'll like it! :-)
Thanks for the clarification, Pastor Jack. I have trouble talking. (Eddie recorded this quote during a conversation at Caribou Coffee). I am red-faced and wearing green. Eddie promises to do a better version of this idea in the near future...and I promise I ain't never gonna do this again.
Worse an atheist has his eyes closed and thinks the sun is a giant heat lamp.
ReplyDeleteReally ? That's the most poetic thing you could come up with? Way to ruin a seemingly intelligent quote!
DeleteAdditionally, the atheist continues to rail on theists claiming that they have no evidence.
