Listen to Whitefield

  1. Sad, Benjamin Franklin probably heard this spoken, read the Bible and yet... his eyes were blind, his ears were closed.

  2. Not only that, Ellery, but his nose was clogged, some of his pores were stopped up, his mouth was gagged and...(never mind, I won't go there.) Dude really needed to be vented out.

  3. Franklin was a brilliant man but never could get God. He was probably America's answer to Solomon.

Sadly, few Americans do believe the Bible means exactly what it says and it's crept into the church from even in the 1800s when Darwin wrote his ideas and is why people don't believe the rest of the Bible.

We compromised the Creation part of the Bible which leads to doubting the rest of it.

  4. Sad but true. Great quote.

On another note, Eddie, I’m excited to learn that you’ve co-authored a book! Its sounds great. I’m ordering a copy. I’ve listed it in The Wittenberg Door bookstore, and will be pitching it at my blog on Tuesday, August 2. Keep up the great work!

  5. Are you sure that the illustration is not of The Book of Common Prayer?
