Guess Where #1

Guess where Corky is! New twist on some of Corky's adventures. I suspect this may be a little more difficult than the Guess Who series but, it's not impossible. No clues except for the photo itself. It would probably be a good idea to enlarge the photo by clicking on it. The first person to get the location right will receive an extra hour of casual shopping time at either Bed Bath & Beyond or Home Depot.

  1. Based on the globe, my guess is "The Daily Planet."

  2. Faster than a speeding bullet..
    More powerful than a locomotive..
And able to leap tall buildings in single bound.

  3. If it weren't for the fact that all those passers-by were so tall, I'd guess the entrance to the Great Hall at Oz. If you look closely, you'll see the Cowardly Lion's tail just peeking out from behind where Corky's standing. I'd say, any lion who goes before the Great And Powerful Oz with a walking human hand grenade has found his courage!

  4. It is the Daily Planet building from "Superman Returns".

  5. I never got to see Superman Returns. I wanted to, but had a scheduling conflict on my Daily Plan-It. *(rim-shot)*

Eddie, I've detected the journalistic trend in your "Guess" posts.

    Guess Who
    Guess Where
    Guess What
    Guess When
    Guess Why
    &
    Guess How

Hmmm, I guess that's about all of them.

  6. Well, I'm late to this one and obviously the answer has already been revealed.

My guess was going to be the Mormon Tabernacle . . . it just has that weird Mormon look to it.

  7. Maybe the set director was a Mormon.

  8. Wow! I love this! Kind of like a "Where's Waldo."

I found him Eddie. Corky is in the bottom right hand corner of the photo.

"Guess Where Corky Is" I think will be my new favorite game. It took me awhile but I found him. Ha! It wasn't as tuff as I thunk, I reckon. That big ball in the center kind of threw me off. No idea what that is.

Makes me want to sing a new theme song... but I'll spare you all.

...and Cotton Adams still is a Calvinist.

  9. Jon, that made me laugh. Unfortunately, I was drinking a Starbucks Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage at the time..with my visor down! I spewed Mountain Dew all over the inside of my helmet.

  10. Corky has that same effect on me, Eddie... only without the helmet and the visor.
