ReplyDeleteAlthough, everyone wanted to believe Pastor Joe had left the gas on by accident that night, there was still the matter of all those "Church growth model" sermons which lead up to the incident that left them feeling more than a little uneasy about the whole thing.
"Violet was a wonderful church secretary. I blame myself for not teaching her that you don't use a lit match to search for the source of a suspected gas leak."
